Mr. Pederson is a trial lawyer with experience in serious injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment discrimination, medical negligence and agricultural accident litigation. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to criminal defense and real estate/business disputes. Mr. Pederson is currently serving a second term as a board member of the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Mr. Pederson is from Walker, Minnesota and enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoor recreational activities.
